direct light therapy
With direct red light therapy, the light source is placed close to the body or affected area to penetrate the skin and stimulate local responses like pain reduction, increased circulation and cellular regeneration.
targeted light therapy
Photopuncture is a form of acupuncture that utilizes light rather than needles. This technique involves a light therapy device, known as torches or hand-held lights, to activate energy points (acupoints) along the acupuncture meridians.
